Yes you can! We've yet to meet anyone that we haven't been able to teach to play at least a basic groove and fill.

Not to start with. We would recommend getting a pair of drum sticks and a practice pad at first and then look to get a kit after a few lessons. The studio is available for practice sessions at a reasonable rate.

Everyone is different and a lot depends on how much time you have to practice. Our aim when you come for lessons is for you to make steady progress at your own pace.

Our music tutor has a wealth of experience both playing and teaching, from a music career spanning over 25 years. He is qualified to Grade 8 standard and has a Diploma in Music Tuition. We have a passion for teaching the drums and want to help others to become the best drummers they can be. We have a superb, state of the art teaching facility. Our tutor is fully CRB checked and has a 100% pass success rate for all students taking grades.

No. You're never too old or too young. All you need is a desire to learn how to play.

Yes. Repercussion Drum School teaches the Rockschool music grade syllabus from debut to Grade 8.

Absolutely. We have taught students with all kinds of different needs. Every lesson is tailored to the requirements of the student. Drumming can be very helpful in building confidence and self esteem, especially in students with behavioural problems or learning difficulties.

We recommend coming for regular weekly lessons of an hour or 30 minutes.

If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason, a full 24 hours notice must be given, or the lesson will be charged at the full rate.

Yes absolutely, parents are welcome to sit in on lessons if they wish to.
